Do you have a body and want to move and feel better? Well, we treat you! We specialize in men’s and women’s health and have extensive education on pediatric care. If you need help moving with less pain, less peeing your pants, or less difficulty with intimacy and would like to be seen in the comfort of your home or phone, we can help! We treat babies to geriatric individuals with variety of injuries and conditions for pelvic health and orthopedics, including but not limited to back and neck pain, lymphedema recovery joint pain, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, incontinence (pee or poo leakage), prenatal prep, postpartum recovery, erectile dysfunction, and return to working out for moms and dads. We also can work with clients to form exercise plans for return to sport, return to working out, and wellness coaching to help clients feel better.
Our physical therapists are licensed healthcare professionals with advanced degrees in physical therapy. We have extensive education in pelvic floor care and rehabilitation, pediatric care, lymphedema care, and musculoskeletal assessment and care. We have also completed extensive clinical training and continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and treatments.
Each person has a specialized program either in-person in their home or work and virtually over video calling. We work with you to treat you as a whole person in order to get you feeling your best, returning you to the activities you want to do, and meeting you where you are.
As an out-of-network provider, we choose not to directly bill insurance companies. This allows us to focus on providing personalized, high-quality care tailored to each patient's unique needs without insurance constraints. If you have pelvic floor physical therapy or wellness services covered under your plan, you're welcome to submit claims for reimbursement. We provide detailed documentation to help with the reimbursement process. We'd be happy to discuss payment options and help you understand the costs associated with our services.

We offer a variety of payment options based on the client’s needs. Different à la carte wellness services are offered at as well. We do 30 minute or one hour sessions and can also offer payment plans. Packages are a 12 session package and a discounted rate or you can pay per session.
